i was disappointed when it finally arrived. The box was all beat up, and the chair had scratches on it right out of the packaging. After waiting that long, it was really frustrating. I don’t think I’d order this again.

I ordered this thinking it would be a simple process, but the shipping took way longer than it should have. The updates were barely helpful, so I was just sitting around not knowing what was going on. The furniture itself might be okay, but getting it here felt way harder than it needed to be. Frustrating experience overall.

I can’t say it doesn’t look nice, because it really does. The furniture has a great look, but keeping it clean has been way more annoying than I expected. Dirt gets stuck in all the little grooves, and just wiping it down doesn’t really do much. I followed the care instructions and everything, but it still takes a lot of scrubbing to get it looking decent again. For the price, I figured it wouldn’t be this much work to maintain. It’s not bad furniture, just not as low-maintenance as I was hoping.

The return wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. It dragged on longer than expected. I had to keep checking in, which got annoying after a while. The refund did eventually come through, so that part was fine. But yeah… the whole process felt frustrating.

The issue never actually got resolved, and getting a response took way longer than it should have. I kept having to follow up just to get a straight answer, which made me wonder if they were avoiding the problem rather than trying to fix it.

The furniture looks fine, but wow, it is so much heavier than I expected. I really wish that had been made more clear in the description, because moving it around my patio is a hassle. Even sliding one chair takes more effort than it should. Maybe that means it’s sturdy, but for me it’s just annoying and not very practical.

I ordered a table set expecting chairs, but... benches showed up instead. frustrating. Not what I ordered, and now I have to deal with getting it fixed.

The hardware felt kind of cheap to me, and after a little use it started getting loose, lol. Not the worst thing ever, but I was expecting it to feel sturdier...

I showed up expecting to find something available, but there was literally nothing. What a joke. Total waste of time...

I reached out to customer service and just never got a response. I even checked my email and receipts to make sure I had the right order info, but no one ever followed up. Frustrating experience overall...

I’m not sure what changed, but the cushions just feel cheaper now. They don’t have the same comfort or quality I expected, and overall it’s a bit disappointing

I’m really not comfortable posting a review for something I haven’t actually experienced. Like, I get why people ask, but reviews are supposed to be honest, you know? If I didn’t use it or go there myself, I don’t want to pretend I did. It just feels misleading, i’d rather only share feedback when it’s based on my own experience

I bought this chair from trexfurniture.com because it looked like it would be comfy enough for everyday use, i was excited when it arrived. It does look nice, especially if you’re just setting it out on a patio, but sitting in it has been such a disappointment.
The seat feels way too flat, and the back support hits me in the most awkward spot. After about an hour, my lower back starts aching, which is so frustrating. The armrests also feel too low for me, so I never really feel supported. I really wish I had been able to try it first because it’s just not comfortable for actual sitting.

I don’t know who designed this chair, but the proportions feel off. The seat sits way too low and it’s narrower than I expected, so it looks and feels awkward next to my table. I was hoping it’d work out, but yeah, disappointed with this one

Every time I need a part, it feels like nobody has it or knows who’s supposed to handle it. I keep getting passed around, and it’s never clear who actually owns the issue. It’s really frustrating because the parts are just never available when you need them

I’ll say the chairs themselves ended up looking really nice in my space, and the quality seems totally fine so far. They were comfortable right out of the box and matched well with what I expected from the photos. That said, the whole ordering experience wasn’t exactly smooth. I had kind of planned around the original delivery window, and then the date kept slipping with not much communication unless I called to ask what was going on. By the time everything finally showed up, it was almost two weeks late. So overall, I’m happy enough with the furniture, but if I needed something by a certain date, I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

I couldn’t find anything easily on here, which got frustrating fast. On top of that, the reminders felt way too aggressive, like I was getting pushed constantly before I even had a chance to figure things out. Not the smoothest experience.

I do like how the chairs look, and they seem sturdy so far. Maybe it’s on me for not shopping around more or paying closer attention to the total with shipping, but the price felt too high for what actually arrived. They’re not bad chairs at all, I just don’t feel like they were worth what I ended up paying. I probably wouldn’t buy them again unless they were on sale.
